Terms of Use

1. The service

Pelari.my is operated by Goh Bing Han, an individual ("we"). It is a free search tool that links to race photo galleries hosted by independent photographers on third-party platforms. We don't own, host or sell the photos, and we're not a party to any purchase you make from a photographer.

2. Results

Results come live from third-party sites and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Bib detection is done by those platforms, not by us. The service is provided "as is".

3. Photographers

• You must own, or have permission to share, any album you list.
• Album links must lead to race photos for the selected event.
• We may hide or remove links that are broken, misleading or reported.
• Listing is free, and we don't take a cut of your sales. You remain responsible for your own pricing, sales and customer service.

4. Acceptable use

Don't scrape Pelari.my, overload photographers' sites through it, or use it to track people. We apply rate limits.

5. Takedowns

To report an album, email hello@pelari.my with the link and reason. We'll review it and respond within 7 days, and may hide the album from search while we look into it.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, we're not liable for third-party sites, purchases or content. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

7. Changes
